Bragg Peak Systems (BPS) is a medical instrument design and manufacturing company, founded in Alabama in 2010. BPS was started to fill the need for FDA approved particle therapy systems for the treatment of cancer. While particle therapy is the best nonsurgical method for treating solid tumors, no FDA approved system is available. BPS is transitioning this therapy from a university medical research tool into a robust commercial product.
