BizTech: BizTech's mission is to increase the number of successful technology-based companies originating in, developing in, and relocating to Huntsville-Madison County, Alabama. Shoals Entrepreneurial Center (SEC): If you are starting a company in the Shoals area, we offer a structured program to help your business succeed. We will help you develop your business plan and get your business started. We will stay with you during your first two or three years with regular reviews and advice from people who "have been there and done that." ADECA: is committed to improving the economic standard of Alabama. They host many divisions and grant resources to encourage growth for budding businesses and local government. ADECA is currently partnering with the states of Indiana, Kentucky and Tennessee to create a clean biofuels corridor from Lake Michigan to the Gulf of Mexico which will result in 11 additional biofuel retail outlets along I-65 in Alabama (www.adeca.alabama.gov).
